About the Company
Our client is a modern and growing manufacturing company that develops and produces customized technical solutions. The business is characterized by innovation, quality, and high precision standards. You will become part of a team of approximately 14 people where collaboration and a desire to develop are highly valued. The position begins with a consultant employment at Emploid for at least six months, with a good opportunity to transition to direct employment with our client thereafter.
About the Role
As a warehouse associate, you will have a varied role working with both warehouse management and production preparation. You are responsible for ensuring that materials are in the right place, in the right quantity, and with the right quality. The role includes both classic warehouse work with forklift operation, picking, loading and unloading of goods, but also technical tasks where you will progressively learn to operate machinery for material processing. The work also includes tasks and documentation in the company's business system as well as inventories. You will receive structured training with a mentor and a training program where you will gradually learn the tasks.
More specifically, the position includes:
- Material picking and production preparation
- Forklift operation and loading/unloading of goods
- Receiving, warehouse storage, and inventory management
- Registration and tracking of materials in business/production systems
- Cutting and processing of materials with machinery
- Receiving and quality inspections
- Packing and other production-related tasks
About You
We are looking for someone with some experience in warehouse work, such as material handling, forklift operation, picking, loading and unloading. You do not need years of experience; what is most important is that you are responsible, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new tasks and systems. Experience from manufacturing industry, machine operator work, or inventory management is an asset.
As a person, you are calm, quality-conscious, and responsible. You work methodically, place great emphasis on accuracy, and enjoy collaborating with others. You are also curious and have a technical interest that makes you eager to learn new machines and processes.
The following are requirements for the position:
- Previous experience in warehouse work
- Forklift certificate A1–A4, B1, and B3
- Good computer skills and experience with business or ERP systems
- Good English skills and Swedish language knowledge
- Interest and understanding of technology and machinery
Assets:
- Experience in manufacturing operations and inventory management

Work Hours: Full-time, 07:00-15:30 Monday-Friday
