About the role
As a Warehouse Associate, you're an important part of the store's daily operations. You work closely with both customers and colleagues, ensuring that goods are handled, delivered, and presented in an efficient and customer-focused manner. With a focus on structure, collaboration, and customer service, you contribute to smooth warehouse operations and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
Your responsibilities
Handle goods delivery to customers with high service and care
Receive goods, maintain order in warehouse areas, and ensure proper warehouse structure
Work with inventory management and stock taking according to guidelines and system support
Assemble and place goods in the store in coordination with the sales team
Report transport damages and claims according to procedures
Contribute to a positive work environment while following safety procedures and working ergonomically with proper protective equipment.
When needed, tasks may include cash handling, restocking shelves in the store, and picking orders for e-commerce.
We're looking for someone who
Has good physical capacity and enjoys active work
Is service-oriented, takes responsibility, and is solution-focused
Contributes positive energy and team spirit
Has experience with warehouse work in a customer-facing environment (a plus but not required)
The position
Permanent full-time employment, starting with a 6-month probationary period.
Start date by agreement.
Working hours include evenings and weekends.
Recruitment
Selection is ongoing. The process includes work psychology tests (MAP and Matrigma). A background check will be conducted at the end of the recruitment process for the candidate who advances to the final stage.
