Holistic is now hiring a warehouse associate for our facility in Norrköping. This is a role for someone who enjoys practical work, taking responsibility, and making things function smoothly. You'll be part of a small warehouse team of four people, where collaboration, initiative, and organization are essential to our daily operations. About the Role As a warehouse associate at Holistic, you'll have a varied role where you're involved in multiple aspects of daily warehouse operations. You'll work with the warehouse team to ensure goods are received, handled, and shipped in an efficient and careful manner. Examples of what you'll work with: Picking and packing customer orders Goods receiving and intake Shipments and order handling Forklifting Loading and unloading Inventory and stock control Return handling Contributing to organization, structure, and efficient work methods in the warehouse Participating in ongoing improvements in warehouse and logistics operations Since we're a small team, we help each other where needed. You should therefore be prepared for varied workdays and be comfortable taking responsibility for both your own tasks and for helping the team achieve its goals. We believe you have: Previous warehouse work experience Forklift certification with Class A and B licenses Strong ability to work in an organized and thorough manner Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others Why Holistic? Start date as soon as possible. The employment begins with a six-month trial period, with the intention to transition to a permanent position thereafter. You'll report to the Warehouse Manager.
