We believe in short decision-making paths. The best ideas usually come from those doing the work. About the role You'll get clear responsibility for daily operations. You plan your work yourself, set the pace, and see what needs to be done. As we grow, you'll be the one leading and training new colleagues. Your day varies between: Daily operations: manage the flow through the warehouse from intake to loading Receiving: receive and inspect goods from our e-commerce customers Pick & pack: pick and pack orders with high precision Warehouse optimization: drive improvements in layout, processes, and flows Returns handling: ensure a fast and smooth returns process Who are we looking for? You have warehouse experience and know the trade. You don't need detailed supervision, but take initiative when something stalls. You see the big picture, prioritize correctly, and maintain order even when the pace picks up. During campaigns and peak seasons, things move fast. Then you need to step up, distribute the work, and keep the team together. Requirements: Documented warehouse work experience Experience working independently and taking ownership of operations Comfort with systems and digital tools Swedish spoken and written Merits: Leadership experience, for example as a supervisor, team lead, or shift manager Experience with Ongoing Warehouse Management System, which carries significant weight with us Forklift certification A or B Experience from third-party logistics or e-commerce warehouses Why Flow 3PL?
