We are now hiring a warehouse coordinator for our operations in Kiruna, Gällivare, and Svappavaara. Here you will have a free and varied role with considerable personal responsibility and the opportunity to influence daily work. About the Role
As a warehouse coordinator, you are responsible for managing the daily flow of products and spare parts between our warehouses and operations. The role combines administration, planning, and practical warehouse work, which means your days will vary and give you great opportunity to take personal responsibility. The position is based at our office in Kiruna but underground work is included. Travel to Gällivare and Svappavaara is a natural part of everyday work.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries of products and spare parts
Ensure correct documentation for orders, invoicing, and inventory replenishment
Work with goods receipt and inventory management
Maintain order and structure in our warehouses
Provide service to internal and external customers
Contribute to ensuring our warehouse processes run smoothly and efficiently
Your Background
Your personal qualities are crucial to succeeding in this role. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, is solution-oriented, and has a natural ability to create structure in a fast-paced environment. You work independently, are thorough, and have a natural service focus.
We would like you to have:
Experience with administrative work
Understanding of warehouse management and invoicing
Good knowledge of Office 365
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
B-class driver's license
It is an advantage if you hold a forklift certificate and have experience from industrial, logistics, or retail operations.
