About the Position As warehouse manager, you lead and allocate the daily work for a team of typically two to three employees. The work includes, among other things: receiving, storing, and checking materials picking, packing, and delivering components to our customers internal material picking for our assemblers who build electrical control units and low-voltage switchgear packing and delivery of finished control units and switchgear booking and coordinating transports warehouse, order, and material management in Visma.net controlling warehouse balances and maintaining good warehouse discipline planning, prioritizing, and following up on daily work An important part of the role is to create and maintain order, structure, and accuracy. We are looking for someone who believes that a well-organized warehouse is a given and who reacts when materials, balances, or procedures don't match. You also need to be a person who takes responsibility for what you commit to and agreed-upon timelines. What you undertake should be completed. If something risks being delayed or cannot be executed as planned, we expect clear and timely communication. We are Looking for You If You have several years of experience in warehouse work and warehouse logistics have experience in team leadership or equivalent responsibility hold a valid forklift operator certificate have good practical experience with Visma.net have good computer skills and master Windows and common Microsoft programs are very well-organized, meticulous, and structured find it easy to plan, prioritize, and follow up are responsible and accustomed to completing what you start are clear and respectful in your communication speak and write Swedish fluently A B driving license is a requirement. Experience from the electrical industry, technical trading, manufacturing, or similar operations is also a merit. Knowledge of electrical control units, switchgear, and electrical components is an advantage but not a requirement. However, we expect you to be interested in learning about our products and understanding how the materials are used in our operations.
