We are now seeking a warehouse worker for the Assistive Device Center in Borås for a temporary assignment through May 2027 with a desired start date immediately. Submit your application by September 20! Job Description Your work as a warehouse worker at the Assistive Device Center is about patient safety and excellent service. You contribute with your collaboration skills and technical expertise to provide our customers with assistive devices. You work both independently and together with colleagues to manage daily tasks. Examples of work tasks include: Receive, inspect, and register incoming goods Pick and pack assistive devices for delivery Handle returns Contribute to order, structure, and good routines in the warehouse environment Forklift operation To provide good service in the warehouse worker role, you need to: Have good communication skills and be service-oriented Work well with others Be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances Be responsible and thorough to ensure quality and high safety standards We seek you with a completed upper secondary education and experience working in a warehouse, preferably combined with forklift experience. As you will have many contacts in your work, it is important that you can communicate freely in Swedish, both spoken and written. You have good IT knowledge and are accustomed to working in various IT systems. Furthermore, you have good physical capacity and an ergonomic work approach, as you will spend much of your workday walking and standing, and may occasionally lift heavy items. Previous experience with assistive devices or the Sesam business system is an asset. About the Assistive Device Center The Assistive Device Center is part of the Supply Administration within Västra Götalandsregionen and is a competence and logistics center for the region and its 49 municipalities.
