We are now seeking a full-time warehouse worker for one of our customers in Norrköping. The position starts as soon as possible by agreement, and working hours are daytime, Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00.
About the Position
In this role, you will be an important part of daily warehouse operations and work broadly across the entire flow, from incoming goods to completed sales orders. The work is varied and includes forklift operation, physical warehouse work, and handling in warehouse management systems.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Picking and packing sales orders
Unloading and receiving purchase orders
Forklift operation, primarily reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts, and stacking trucks
Container unloading of palletized goods
Inventory and stock control
Working in warehouse management systems
Cleaning, warehouse maintenance, and ensuring good order in the warehouse
Contributing to safety and continuous improvement efforts
Working with the team toward shared goals
The work is sometimes physically demanding and involves standing for much of the day, with heavier lifting occurring regularly.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Who are we looking for?
To be suitable for this position, you need previous warehouse experience and be an experienced forklift driver. You should feel comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for your tasks, while also working well with others in a small team.
For this position, you must have:
Forklift certification A1–A4 and B1–B4
Previous experience in warehouse work and forklift operation
Experience with stacking trucks, counterbalance forklifts, and reach trucks
Good Swedish in speech and writing
Basic computer and systems knowledge, preferably from WMS systems
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and heavier lifting
It is a plus if you have previously worked with Ongoing WMS. We also value experience in supervisory or other leadership roles within warehouse and logistics.

About the Employment
The position is full-time, 100%, starting as soon as possible by agreement. The work is performed at our customer's location on Malmgatan in Norrköping.
Working hours: Monday–Friday (no weekends) 07:00–16:00.
You will be employed as a consultant at StudentConsulting and work on assignment for our customer.
