About the Position As warehouse manager, you will have a central role in our daily material flow. The position is operational, meaning you will work hands-on in the warehouse while being responsible for creating order, structure, and efficient work methods. Your main responsibilities will include: Receive, inspect, and register incoming goods Handle deliveries and ensure the correct goods are shipped at the right time Operate forklifts and handle materials throughout the facility Work with warehouse transactions and material flows in Monitor Ensure organization and cleanliness of warehouse locations and areas Conduct inventory counts and follow up on stock balances Read and understand basic information on drawings and other documentation Collaborate with production, procurement, planning, and quality teams Identify and drive improvements in warehouse operations, material flows, and work methods Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone with solid warehouse experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility for the overall operation. You ideally have experience working as a warehouse manager or in a similar role within warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing. To succeed in this role, we see that you: Have extensive experience in warehouse work and material handling Hold a forklift license and are experienced in operating forklifts Are organized and appreciate order and structure Have good computer skills Have experience working in business systems Can read and understand basic technical drawings Are responsible and ensure tasks are completed Communicate well and collaborate easily with others Experience with Monitor, preferably Monitor G5, is a plus. Experience from manufacturing is also advantageous. Your Personal Qualities As a person, you are driven, curious, and have a desire to continue learning and developing. You don't always wait for instructions but see what needs to be done and take initiative to move work forward. You have the ability to think outside the box and find better solutions when existing methods are not working optimally. Since warehouse and production environments can change quickly, you also need to be able to prioritize, make quick decisions, and stay calm when multiple things happen at once.
