Hagmans Nordic is part of Limhamnshus Industri AB, which in turn is part of the family-owned Limhamnshus Group operating in several locations. At our factory in Herrljunga, we develop and manufacture high-quality cleaning products for industrial and commercial customers. Our products are used throughout Sweden and internationally. We are now looking for a meticulous and responsible warehouse and production worker for our factory in Herrljunga. In this role, you are responsible for safe and efficient handling of goods and contribute to ensuring that our logistics flows run smoothly. The position is a 6-month temporary assignment with good opportunities for extension.
About the Role
The work involves warehouse/logistics tasks in the daily operation of the factory. You will be responsible for incoming and outgoing deliveries, freight bookings, contact with freight forwarders, and order picking. Order picking includes picking, packing, and wrapping finished products, as well as dispensing cleaning products.
Work Tasks
As a warehouse and production worker with us, you will, among other things:
Operate a forklift according to your certification.
Loading and unloading of goods.
Pick, pack, and ship materials according to orders.
Inspect and quality-assure incoming and outgoing goods.
Handle freight bookings.
Incoming and outgoing deliveries in our business system.
Contribute to organization, order, and improvement of warehouse operations.
Participate in inventory counts.
Work on continuously improving warehouse processes and procedures.
The work may involve certain production tasks, as workload varies in warehouse operations.

You are a meticulous and safety-conscious person who takes responsibility and works independently. At the same time, you have good teamwork skills and appreciate being part of a team. You identify with qualities such as responsibility, good initiative, and being a team player. You understand the importance of working efficiently without compromising on quality and have the ability to reach both short-term and long-term goals.
To succeed in this role, it is important that you are a flexible and positive team player, have an improvement-driven work approach, and see the bigger picture. Experience from similar work tasks is a requirement.
Requirements Profile
Forklift certification.
Good knowledge of safe forklift operation.
Good system familiarity and secure data handling.
Relevant experience from the industry where you have also held similar positions.
Physical fitness to work in a warehouse and industrial environment.
