We are now looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse and Supply Chain team. In this role, you will work closely with production, production management, and procurement/Supply Chain to ensure that the right materials are available at the right time. As a warehouse associate, you will receive and handle incoming materials and store them in the correct locations to ensure material availability for production. You contribute to high inventory accuracy and good inventory management by performing cycle counts and inventory inspections according to our procedures, and help develop our warehouse and material handling operations. Your tasks Receive and handle incoming materials and store them in the correct locations Ensure that materials are available for production Maintain high inventory accuracy and good inventory management Perform cycle counts and inventory inspections according to company procedures Contribute to developing and improving warehouse and material handling operations Collaborate with production, production management, and procurement/Supply Chain Report discrepancies and safety risks to your immediate supervisor This is a permanent full-time position based in our warehouse in Växjö. What you bring In this role, we see that you have the following: Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written English is desirable but not required Forklift certification and at least AM driver's license Experience working with business systems (ERP), drawing programs, and other IT systems Collaborative and communicative, and comfortable raising questions with other departments when needed Safety, quality, and customer-focused Structured and thorough, while open to new ideas and ways of working Beyond your skills and experience, we highly value your personality.
