Warehouse Worker Placement Åstorp Role The warehouse worker is responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate material flows within the operation. The role has a special responsibility for shipments of traceable material, internal transports between external warehouses, and handling of delivery processes in Monitor ERP. The role also manages spare parts and supports the daily warehouse operations as needed through material picking for production, loading and unloading of vehicles, and other warehouse work tasks. Main Responsibilities Shipments and Logistics Handle and administer shipments of traceable material. Ensure correct traceability through registration of batch, serial, and article information. Execute and complete the Shipment process in Monitor ERP. Create and verify packing slips, freight documents, and other delivery documentation. Coordinate internal deliveries between the company's external warehouses. Spare Parts Management Pick, pack, and ship spare parts to customers and internal recipients. Warehouse and Production Pick material for production according to production schedule and needs. Ensure correct registration of inventory transactions. Participate in inventories and inventory checks. Handle discrepancies in inventory and material flows. Loading and Unloading Load goods in a safe and efficient manner. Other Contribute to order, organization, and safety in the warehouse. Cooperate with transport planners to ensure efficient shipments. Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Meritorious Education in logistics, warehouse, or transport. Experience Requirements Experience in warehouse or logistics work. Experience working with business or warehouse systems. Experience in material handling and warehouse administration. Good computer skills and experience with work-related email communication. Meritorious Experience with Monitor ERP. Experience handling traceable material. Experience in spare parts management. Experience in material supply to production. Certificates and Qualifications Requirements Forklift Certification A+B. Meritorious Class B Driver's License. Language and IT Requirements Good knowledge of Swedish, both oral and written. Good computer skills. Meritorious Basic knowledge of English.
