Job Description Have you worked as a painter for a few years and feel it's time for something new? We at Sigma Industry Recruit are looking for you if you have experience with professional painting work and are curious about what opportunities your skills can open up within the industry. You may currently work as, for example, an automotive painter, vehicle painter, industrial painter, or with other types of professional painting and surface finishing. Core Skills We're primarily looking for someone who has a genuine interest in painting and surface finishing and has built up a good understanding of the entire process – from preparation and material selection to application and quality in the final result. We believe that you have Several years of professional experience as a painter Good understanding of preparation, painting processes, and different materials An eye for quality and precision Ability to work according to instructions and quality requirements Interest in developing and using your experience in new ways Experience with industrial painting or industrial surface finishing is a merit, but not a requirement. Personal Skills, Qualities, Experience As a person, you should be technically curious and communicative. You want to understand the industrial process so you can do good preparatory work for production and can anticipate ways to make things easier for your colleagues.
