We are now recruiting a Laboratory Operator for a temporary position starting in October 2026. The assignment runs until January 29, 2027. As a Laboratory Operator, you will work in a laboratory and production-adjacent environment where the focus is on testing, process monitoring, and quality assurance of materials. You will be part of a small team where close collaboration, attention to detail, and accountability are important parts of the daily work. The role involves a combination of practical tasks, equipment monitoring, and basic troubleshooting in a technical environment. In your role as Laboratory Operator, your main responsibilities will include: Monitor and operate production and testing equipment Perform material handling and ensure efficient process flow Document results and follow up on deviations according to established procedures Perform basic troubleshooting and address minor operational disruptions Work in accordance with established safety and quality requirements The position is a full-time temporary role with daytime hours, Monday-Friday 07:30-16:00. About You We are looking for someone with experience from production, laboratory work, or similar environments. You are accustomed to working according to procedures and instructions. Experience with equipment monitoring or machine operator work is considered a merit. You must have a forklift license (A1-A3) and have previously operated a forklift at work. As a person, you are responsible, detail-oriented, and work well with others. You enjoy practical tasks and are not afraid to put in physical effort when the work requires it. The role involves both repetitive and physical elements, so you need to be comfortable with active work.
