The Chemical Laboratory is responsible for quality control of products manufactured at our facility. We also participate in various projects driven by the company. The laboratory, which operates in accordance with GMP, consists of approximately 65 dedicated, competent, engaged, and responsible people who work together to ensure that what we manufacture maintains good quality. Now we are looking for you to become part of our team.
Job Responsibilities
As a laboratory engineer, your main tasks and responsibilities are:
· Perform laboratory work according to current analysis methods and GMP.
· Compile, report, and review analysis results
· Initiate and investigate deviations
· Actively participate in the department's improvement work
The dominant analytical techniques in the laboratory are chromatography, spectroscopy, wet chemistry, and microscopy.
About You
To succeed in the role as a laboratory engineer with us, you need to:
· Be thorough, quality-conscious, and flexible
· Have good collaboration skills since the work is teamwork where you depend on your colleagues
· Have strong self-leadership, meaning you have good ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple ongoing activities simultaneously
We are looking for someone who has:
· Academic education in analytical chemistry or equivalent, and
· Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
It is meritorious if you have:
· Experience working in a chemical laboratory
· Worked in GMP regulated operations
About the Position
The position is a fixed-term employment on probation that, after 6 months, converts to permanent employment by agreement between the parties.
