The Analysis section for internally manufactured and purchased raw materials at Fresenius Kabi is located at the facility in Brunna. Here, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and performing chemical analyses to ensure the quality of incoming and internally manufactured raw materials. The department is an important function for quality control of raw materials used in Fresenius Kabi's pharmaceutical manufacturing. QC Brunna has approximately 33 employees who work closely together in teams and enjoy their work. Responsibilities The main responsibilities consist of performing analysis work according to method descriptions. You plan your own work according to given priorities and timeframes where there may be periods with tight deadlines, which requires a good ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and make relevant prioritizations. The responsibilities also include participating in deviation investigations and establishing and maintaining the department's SOPs. About You We place great emphasis on personal qualities, analytical skills, and the ability to independently perform tasks within set timeframes. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, results-oriented, and flexible. In this role, you are expected to initiate and drive activities and tasks in parallel, which requires that you have a structured working method. You have good problem-solving and reasoning skills and find it easy to see the bigger picture where you make correct assessments and prioritizations in parallel tasks and projects. It is also important that you are self-driven in your work, take your own initiative, and demonstrate good judgment. We want you to have: • Academic education in analytical chemistry or equivalent competence. • Experience with analytical chemical work in the pharmaceutical industry is a merit. • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in English and Swedish. • Good knowledge of GMP is a merit. • Easy to collaborate and ability to independently drive the work forward. About the Position The position is a fixed-term employment on a trial basis that after 6 months transitions to permanent employment by agreement between the parties.
