Laboratory Technician (QC/Testing)

We are Glazura s.r.o., a company with a rich history since 1925, now part of the multinational Torrecid Group. Our production primarily consists of glass melting—melting carefully prepared raw materials at high temperatures. The resulting glass melt is then cooled, processed, and further refined into the final product—glaze. This is supplied as a semi-finished material for further processing in the ceramic and glass industries. What will your responsibilities include? Performing in-process and final product inspections according to established procedures. Preparing and conducting prescribed tests. Monitoring product quality and evaluating results. Maintaining records of inspections performed. Replenishing materials needed for testing. Operating equipment used in quality control. Collaborating with production to resolve identified discrepancies. What do we expect from you? Vocational or secondary school education. Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (day/night). Carefullness, responsibility, and attention to detail. Independence and ability to work as part of a team. Basic knowledge of PC work (MS Office).
