Now we are looking for a Test Engineer specializing in Sound & Vibration for the Test & Verification group at NIBE Energy Systems. About the Role You will become part of our Product Development team, a modern and high-tech development organization with approximately 150 employees working in areas such as mechanics, electrical/electronics, refrigeration technology, control systems, sound optimization, and calibration. As a Test Engineer, you are responsible for planning, performing, and documenting tests in our state-of-the-art laboratory for product testing. Daily tasks also include coordinating and planning laboratory activities, maintaining equipment and facilities, and participating in the continued development of test methods. A large part of the testing is performed independently, but you will also work in teams and maintain close contact with your team members as well as colleagues and internal customers from various departments at NIBE. You will work with advanced test equipment for measuring and analyzing sound, vibration, temperature, pressure, and performance. The role also offers the opportunity to gain extended experience in regulatory compliance and develop a deeper understanding of individual test methods. Your Primary Responsibilities Plan, perform, and document tests of heat pumps and related systems Measure and analyze sound, vibrations, temperature, pressure, and performance Coordinate and plan laboratory activities Maintain and develop the laboratory's equipment and test environments Contribute to the development and improvement of test methods Work closely with design engineers and other specialist functions to identify and solve technical challenges Participate in regulatory compliance and product requirement verification work Who Are You?
