Cemetery Worker for burial operations. The Swedish Church in Arvika is responsible for the operation and maintenance of burial and cremation services covering the entire Arvika municipality. Within the administrative area there are ten cemeteries: Arvika, Ny, Älgå, Glava, Stavnäs, Högerud, Brunskog, Mangskog, Gunnarskog, and Bogen. The maintenance level of the cemeteries within Arvika parish should be at the forefront. We do this by encouraging development, engaging and inspiring for the future. We are now seeking a cemetery worker for burial operations in Arvika parish. QUALIFICATIONS We would appreciate it if you have documented horticultural education/experience as a cemetery worker or from green space maintenance/landscaping, hold a manual driver's license and have access to your own car. We expect you to possess good communication skills and be able to meet people in vulnerable life situations. Training packages in burial operations may be relevant. DUTIES Primarily, the work tasks will consist of performing all tasks that occur at a cemetery such as grave digging, grave setting, landscaping and green space maintenance. ABOUT THE POSITION The employment is a permanent position 100%. Working hours are fixed between 07.00 and 16.00 unless circumstances require otherwise. Salary: Monthly salary.
