Now we're looking for an additional nurse to join our team to expand the number of residential places. In the fall of 2026, Kulltorp will open a new floor with 14 places and we therefore need you to be able to offer the elderly safe care.

Your role
As a nurse with us, you have an important and central role in the team and in this role you work primarily evenings and weekends initially. You are responsible for health and medical care services, medication management, assessments and follow-ups, and work closely with care staff, occupational therapist, physiotherapist and physician. The work is characterized by person-centered care, collaboration and continuity.
We're looking for you who is engaged, confident in your professional role and who wants to contribute to good and safe care for our elderly. With us, you have the opportunity to develop in your profession in a work environment where care, respect and collaboration are central.
Your competence and experience
We're looking for you who is a licensed nurse with a genuine interest in elderly care and person-centered care. You have a good ability to work independently while enjoying close collaboration with other professionals.
We would like to see that you have:
Experience working in elderly care, home healthcare or municipal health and medical care
Good knowledge of care, medication management and documentation
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Experience working in digital patient record systems
It is advantageous if you have:
Further education in geriatrics, dementia or palliative care
Experience in supervision
Knowledge of quality registers and improvement work
As a person you are responsible, flexible and confident in your professional role. You treat residents, relatives and colleagues with respect, engagement and professionalism.
