NOTE Herrljunga is now seeking a Quality Technician who wants to combine operational quality work with management system maintenance and quality development. Job Description As a Quality Technician, you will have a broad and varied role close to operations. You will work both operationally with customer complaints, supplier deviations, and quality issues in production, as well as more strategically with management systems, ISO standards, and audits. You thrive in a production-focused environment where you switch between urgent quality matters and long-term development work. Your main responsibilities: • Handle and follow up on customer complaints, supplier deviations, and other quality issues • Work closely with production to identify, investigate, and prevent quality defects • Participate in and drive improvement initiatives related to processes and working methods • Contribute to the maintenance and development of the company's management system • Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards and customer requirements • Plan and participate in internal and external audits • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and colleagues on quality-related matters Qualifications We are looking for someone with experience in quality work within manufacturing industry and who enjoys combining practical problem-solving work in operations with more structured quality and improvement work. You are unpretentious, curious, and comfortable asking questions to find the right solutions. At the same time, you have the ability to drive your own initiatives forward and handle multiple parallel tasks. Requirements • Post-secondary education in a relevant area • Experience with quality work in manufacturing industry, preferably in electronics • Experience working according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Experience with ISO 13485 is a merit. • Knowledge of validation and quality tools, for example IQ, OQ, PQ, PPAP, and FMEA. • Experience with digital management systems • Experience with customer complaints, deviation management, and improvement work • Experience with LEAN and structured improvement work • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written What Do We Offer You?
