About the Role
As a quality coordinator, you will have a central role in our quality work. You will work with following up, developing, and improving our processes and routines.
Your responsibilities include:
Handle complaints, deviations, and consumer inquiries and drive corrective actions.
Analyze complaint trends and contribute to preventive quality improvements.
Handle supplier assessments, specifications, and certificates.
Manage chemical registers, safety data sheets, and conduct risk assessments.
Support the business with quality matters and during acute events and changes.
Follow up verifications, control programs, and quality-related documentation.
Collaborate closely with quality, production, and other departments.
Serve as system administrator and superuser for the AM system.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is structured and responsible, while being unpretentious and easy to collaborate with. You are confident in communicating with both colleagues and management and have the ability to make quality work concrete and useful in daily operations.
We believe you have
Relevant post-secondary education in quality, business development, or another relevant field
Experience with quality work, process development, or business development
Good ability to analyze information and identify improvement opportunities
Experience working with documentation, follow-up, and deviation management
Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
Good knowledge of the Office package or equivalent tools.
Experience in food/beverage manufacturing and from HACCP/FSSC is an asset.
