ABOUT THE POSITION: As a Quality Engineer, you will work closely with production and support the operation on quality-related matters. You will play a key role in ensuring that processes are followed, documentation is kept up to date, and quality work develops according to applicable standards. This role suits you if you have a few years of experience in quality and want to continue developing in a technical and production-focused environment. You will work both operatively and improvement-focused with deviation management, audits, quality data, and corrective actions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Drive and develop the company's quality work according to applicable standards · Manage internal and external deviation handling · Conduct root cause analyses and follow up on corrective actions · Lead and participate in improvement projects · Ensure that processes are followed and continuously improved · Perform internal audits and support external audits · Monitor quality data, analyze trends, and report key metrics · Ensure that documentation and procedures are updated and complied with · Support production on quality-related matters WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU: · Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as quality, production, technology, or industrial engineering · 1–3 years of experience in quality work within a relevant field · Experience with deviation management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions · Understanding of quality standards, process work, and documentation · Fluent speaking and writing in Swedish and English as both languages are used in the work It is a merit if you have: · Experience from production or technical industry · Experience with internal or external audits · Knowledge in improvement work, such as Lean or similar methodologies · Experience working with quality data and key metrics To thrive in this role, we believe you are thorough, analytical, and structured.
