This means you participate in cause investigation, corrective and preventive actions, and ensure that the actions have the intended effect. The goal is to create sustainable solutions and reduce the risk of recurring deviations. In this role you will, among other things: • Contribute to developing processes, methods, and work practices to prevent quality deficiencies • Conduct risk analyses and identify improvement opportunities in the company's processes • Participate in deviation management and root cause analyses • Assist in developing, implementing, and following up corrective and preventive actions • Create, update, and monitor control plans, procedures, and quality requirements • Conduct quality rounds and ensure that decided work methods are followed • Perform internal audits and participate in external audits • Train and support colleagues in procedures, GMP, and quality matters • Contribute to continued digitalization and development of the company's quality work You will be part of a quality team and work closely with production, QC laboratory, R&D laboratory, project department, procurement, and marketing. This is a role for you who wants to combine analysis and process development with operations-focused quality work. You get the opportunity to influence how Hardford works with quality and contribute to clearer structures, better follow-up, and long-term improvements. Your profile We are looking for someone with relevant higher education or university education, for example as a chemical engineer, quality engineer, or in a related technical field. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: • At least three years of experience in qualified quality work • Experience from manufacturing industry or other operations with clear quality requirements • Experience with deviation management and root cause analysis • Knowledge of risk analyses, control plans, and quality standards • Experience with internal audits • Excellent knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English in speech and writing It is meritorious if you have worked in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, or similar regulated operations. Knowledge of, for example, GMP, 8D, FMEA, HACCP, RCA, or AQL is also meritorious. As a person you are structured, analytical, and goal-oriented. You can see both the whole picture and the parts that need to be developed to achieve the desired result. You drive issues forward, follow up on decided actions, and ensure that improvement work leads to real change. Since the role has many contact points, you need to be communicative, pedagogical, and good at collaboration. You are unpretentious, share your knowledge, and can create understanding for quality matters in different parts of the organization.
