About the Role We are currently building a cohesive quality management system, with the goal of creating an organization where quality is a natural part of everyday work, where offices learn from each other, and where our customers notice the difference. We are now seeking a Quality Manager to drive this work forward operationally and, in collaboration with the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer (CRCO), also contribute to strategic work. The role involves continuing to develop our quality management system, monitoring quality work, handling deviations, spreading best practices between offices, and contributing to continuous improvement, all in close collaboration with office managers and other functions. The role reports to the CRCO. What You Will Do: Drive the development of our quality management system Own the ongoing monitoring of quality work in Sweden, conduct gap analyses, internal controls, and handle deviations Coordinate the work performed by quality managers within each business area Build and coordinate an internal network/team of consultants who can regularly assist in ongoing quality monitoring, for example regarding internal controls Identify and spread best practices between offices, ensuring quality is consistent regardless of which office or consultant a customer meets Work proactively with continuous improvement including trend analysis and root cause analysis across office boundaries Exchange experiences with quality managers in other countries within the group Collaborate with HR to build an organizational culture where high quality, reliability, consistency, proactivity, clear communication, and learning become a natural part of everyday work Collaborate with HR on training initiatives that strengthen quality work, for example based on identified deviation patterns or competency needs Report results and status to the CRCO in a way that provides a clear decision-making foundation Who Are You? We are Looking for You Who: Have an academic degree in law or economics Have at least 10 years of experience from the accounting or audit industry and many years of experience with quality work, monitoring, and continuous improvement Have very good knowledge of Rex, SALK, and ISQM1 and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical procedures Have experience driving change across multiple offices or units Our Benefits at a Glance! 30 vacation days Hybrid opportunities & Flexible working hours 5,000 SEK wellness allowance & joint wellness activities 1 wellness hour every week during work time Occupational health services via Avonova Occupational pension Collective agreement Practical Information Start: Immediately, by agreement Location: Stockholm, Hybrid.
