The Gothenburg operation consists of a small team of eight people and is part of a larger group with headquarters in Stockholm. What Does the Role Offer? As Quality Assurance Manager, you will have a central and independent role with the opportunity to influence and develop the company's quality work. The operation works with repair and inspection of circuit boards, which means you will work closely with both the products and the technical processes. In the role, you will, among other things: Drive and develop the company's quality work Inspect products and their quality Ensure that procedures and processes comply with current quality and environmental requirements Work with and follow up on the company's ISO work Identify, document, and manage quality deviations Develop corrective actions and follow up to ensure they achieve the desired results Support the operation on matters related to quality, inspection, and technical processes You will have a role with significant personal responsibility where you are expected to take initiative and drive quality matters forward. Working hours are typically 08:00–17:00, with some flexibility. The desired start date is immediately or by agreement. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with experience in quality assurance work and good technical understanding, preferably from production, industry, or electronics. You are accustomed to working in a structured manner with procedures, deviations, and improvements, and you feel confident independently driving quality matters forward. As a person, you have presence and dare to set requirements when needed. At the same time, you are responsive, communicative, and skilled at creating understanding for quality work among others. You see both the details and the bigger picture and have the ability to balance the operation's quality requirements with functional work methods and good collaboration.
