Grounds Maintenance Worker
We are looking for a responsible and manually skilled colleague for the position of Grounds Maintenance Worker in our team at Benpra servis s.r.o. Do you enjoy working outdoors, have a connection to nature and technology? Then we are looking for you!
Work Location / Starting Point: Hodonín Power Plant (U Elektrárny 3030/1, 695 01 Hodonín)
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Shift Type: Single shift (flexible working hours)
Salary Range: 36,200 Kč to 41,200 Kč gross / month (depending on experience) + personal bonus
What will your job entail?
You will become part of a stable three-person work team. Your tasks will include:
Performing complete grounds maintenance work (mowing, felling, tree trimming from the ground and from a platform).
Operation and routine maintenance of machinery (brush cutter, chainsaw, wood chipper, platform lift, tractor with forest milling attachment).
Carrying out jobs primarily in the South Moravia region, occasionally in Central Bohemia. All trips and returns are from our base at Hodonín Power Plant.
What do we require from you?
Driver's License: Group B is mandatory (Group T or E is a great advantage).
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years (5 years is an advantage).
Good technical knowledge of work machinery and its operation.
Basic knowledge of trees and plant identification, terrain orientation.
Valid professional certifications (chainsaw, brush cutter, platform lifts) are a plus – we are happy to provide training if needed.
Clean criminal record (required for issuing an access card to the guarded Hodonín Power Plant area).
Active approach to tasks, independence, reliability, and good physical condition.
