Folkuniversitetet's course activities offer courses and lectures in areas such as languages, economics, creative pursuits, writing, health, and sustainable development. Placement and Hours We are seeking instructors for three locations in Skåne: Malmö: Primarily weekend teaching Helsingborg: Weekdays, evenings, and weekends Ystad: Weekdays, evenings, and weekends About the Position Our course activities offer day and evening courses as well as longer educational programs and lectures in aesthetic areas, languages, and working life. As a ceramic instructor, you will lead courses for adult participants with varying levels of prior experience. You plan and conduct ceramic and creative instruction while contributing to an inspiring, safe, and creative learning environment. Responsibilities Lead Folkuniversitetet's scheduled ceramic courses Inspire and guide participants at different levels Teach techniques such as hand-building, wheel-throwing, and glazing Ensure instruction maintains high quality Contribute to a well-functioning and pleasant studio environment Your Competence and Background We are seeking someone who Has experience with ceramics, ideally both artistic and pedagogical Has experience leading groups or teaching adults Is confident, inspiring, and pedagogical in your leadership Has good collaboration skills and can work independently Shares Folkuniversitetet's values regarding adult education and learning It is meritorious if you Have documented education in ceramics, crafts, and pedagogy Have experience with course activities in study associations, folk high schools, or similar About the Employment Temporary employment for the duration of the course period.
