Kurera Omsorg is seeking 2–3 personal assistants for a young girl with a rare syndrome.
The girl needs 24-hour personal assistance, including overnight awake care, due to her medical condition. Her blood sugar levels can drop and rise quickly, which in certain situations can be life-threatening. It is therefore very important that she has constant supervision and that her well-being and blood sugar are monitored carefully.
She uses a sensor that continuously measures her blood sugar. The values are read on a display, and as an assistant, you need to be attentive to changes and follow the established routines and instructions regarding her care.
About the Position
We are currently seeking 2–3 assistants who primarily want to work overnight shifts. Work schedules can vary, and since the girl receives 24-hour assistance, other times may also occur.
As a personal assistant, you will, among other things:
- Provide constant supervision and be close to the girl during your shift.
- Be attentive to her blood sugar levels and general condition.
- Follow established routines and instructions regarding her medical needs.
- Create security and continuity in her everyday life.
- Work closely with her parents and other assistants.
You will learn the girl's routines and needs at a comfortable pace and will also receive support from her parents, who will be present and help during the initial period.
It is important to us that you feel secure in your role and have the knowledge you need to provide the girl with safe and caring assistance.
Who Are We Looking For?

- Willing to learn and follow clear routines.
Experience in personal care, nursing, or working with medical needs is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are the right person for the task and have the willingness to learn.
