Městské muzeum Žamberk is looking for a new colleague who wants to participate in caring for our collections, preparing exhibitions, museum events, and further developing the museum.
Basic Information
• Employment: 100%
• Employment Type: Fixed-term – maternity leave replacement
• Work Location: Městské muzeum Žamberk facilities
• Expected Start Date: December 1, 2026
• Salary: 10th salary grade
Requirements
• University degree in museology, history, historical studies, or a related field,
• very good PC skills,
• clean criminal record,
• physical fitness for the position,
• independence, responsibility, and diligence.
Job Responsibilities
• Management and professional care of collections and movable assets,
• preparation of museum exhibitions,
• cooperation in exhibition installation and implementation,
• preparation of accompanying programs and museum events,
• organization and cooperation in implementing cultural and educational activities.
Advantages
• Previous experience in the field,
• Class B driver's license.
