Be part of shaping primary healthcare! The role in primary healthcare is broad for all professions, and the curator—an important psychosocial resource—is no exception. In this position, you'll use your full range of skills as a social worker and engage in in-depth counseling. Since our curator is on parental leave, we're now looking for someone interested in temporarily joining our team. The position is a full-time one-year temporary assignment, January-December 2027. About the Workplace Freya Healthcare Center has been privately operated since February 2025 and is a healthcare center with approximately 6,200 listed patients. The unit has a clear focus on primary healthcare's mission and operates in a way that is close, well-defined, and sustainable for the benefit of citizens. We stand for quality, professionalism, and warm service. About the Position As a curator in healthcare, your responsibility is to assess the need for psychosocial interventions, make appropriate referrals when needed, and provide supportive services and counseling when necessary. This requires the ability to manage a broad flow of cases, knowledge of community support services, and the ability to define your role clearly. Many institutions in society offer various types of support; those connected to healthcare are your area of focus. Within the psychosocial field, you will be the expert in your area and will collaborate with the rest of the team on complex patient cases. When needed, you'll conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments. Your work will primarily focus on direct patient contact. In primary healthcare, the focus is on shorter interventions so that available resources reach all those seeking help. Everyone should gain something from each contact; however, the type of support—whether advice, referral, or counseling—will vary depending on the patient's unique situation. As a temporary employee, you'll work according to the same methods, routines, and structure as our permanent curator. Qualifications Social work degree. Experience with and knowledge of healthcare. Experience working as a curator. Meritorious Licensed Healthcare Curator. CBT Level 1. What We Can Offer You Supervision within your profession. Teamwork with other professionals at the healthcare center. Collegial support from the curator at Idun Healthcare Center in Storå. Collaboration with the Rehabilitation Coordinator. Opportunity for remote work when appropriate. A place in a small, engaged team with short decision-making processes. Does this sound like an interesting position for you? Don't hesitate—submit your application today! We look forward to hearing from you. Recruitment Process We have chosen a fast recruitment process for this position. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the recruitment process may be concluded early if we find the right person.
