StudentConsulting is now looking for several customer service representatives for OneMed in Härnösand. Here you will become part of an engaged team that every day contributes to a high level of service for customers throughout the entire healthcare chain – from hospitals and health centers to elderly care and private individuals.
About the Position
This is an hourly position with StudentConsulting where you work as a consultant for OneMed.
The work is performed on-site at OneMed's office at Saltviksvägen 11 in Härnösand, daytime during weekdays excluding holidays.
You work as needed, for example during busy periods or when colleagues are absent. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible and can work with short notice. We prefer that you have at least two years of studies remaining as we are looking for someone who wants to be a long-term part of the team.
Responsibilities
As a customer service representative, you are an important contact person for OneMed's customers. The work consists largely of incoming phone calls, which means you need to be comfortable with the phone as your primary work tool. You help customers in different situations and with various needs and need to be able to listen, show understanding, and provide professional and respectful service in every interaction.
You will be in contact with, among others, hospitals, regions, health centers, specialist clinics, elderly care facilities, and private individuals. In addition to customer contact, you work with administration related to orders and customer matters.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
Answer incoming calls from customers.
Provide service via phone, email, and chat.
Handle and administer orders and customer matters.
Register information in the company's business system.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high quality and service.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for you who
Study at a college, university, or vocational university, or have another primary occupation of at least 50%.
Have experience in service, customer relations, or similar work.
Speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
Have good computer skills and feel comfortable working in multiple systems simultaneously.
Have the ability to work flexibly as needed during weekdays excluding holidays.
It is a merit if you have previous experience in customer service, support, or other phone-based service work.
