We're seeking someone who wants to work with first-line support and enjoys helping others. You need to be comfortable handling both simple and more technical questions and thrive in an environment where service and teamwork are important parts of daily life. You are solution-oriented, can handle multiple issues in parallel, and communicate clearly and professionally. To succeed in the role, we'd like you to have: - Customer service experience, preferably via phone or service desk - Upper secondary education or equivalent - Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Driver's license and access to a car Technical interest is important, but there is no requirement for previous IT experience. What does the role entail? As an IT support and service desk representative, you'll be part of a team of approximately 10 people. Together, you'll be responsible for receiving incoming issues via phone and email, supporting resellers and users, and ensuring that daily processes run smoothly. The team is helpful and down-to-earth, and you'll receive a safe introduction where you'll learn systems, procedures, and working methods. Work takes place on-site at the office in Södertälje with scheduled shift hours between 07:00 and 18:00. You'll work as a consultant for a larger company, and this position suits you if you thrive in a role where days look different and where you have the opportunity to grow technically and develop your communication skills with users and colleagues.
