About You
You have upper secondary education and preferably experience in customer service or telephone support. You are comfortable with the computer and telephone as work tools and have an aptitude for managing different IT systems.
You find problem-solving rewarding and are driven by delivering good service. You are accustomed to working with multiple tasks in parallel without losing focus on details. You meet customers with engagement through phone, email, and other social channels.
It is a merit to have previous experience in traffic, the service sector, and digitalization. You must have good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. In this role, good collaboration skills and flexibility are important qualities.
Since some work shifts fall outside public transit hours, you must be able to get to work in Högsby by other means.
Your Future Workplace
In our customer service for Public Transit (line traffic), you are the gateway in and you become Kalmar länstrafik's voice to our passengers.
As a traffic assistant, the work primarily involves answering customer questions, providing information about services and tickets, receiving bookings, handling complaints and providing technical support, as well as managing rebookings during traffic disruptions on SJ Krösatåg.
Our customer service is open much of the day, seven days a week, year-round. Working hours will therefore involve a schedule where you alternate between early morning and late evening, weekdays and weekends. Your position will be at our headquarters in Högsby.
