About the Position We're looking for an employee at our Customer and Production Center in the West region who wants to be part of our exciting transformation journey to meet new requirements and needs from society and our customers. The position involves varied work tasks where excellent service is always in focus. Your main responsibilities will include answering phones, talking with customers and drivers, weighing in and out trucks with different types of materials, and invoicing. We cover areas in the West from Värmland, Trestad, Skaraborg, Jönköping, and Greater Gothenburg. In addition, you will participate in establishing shared processes/working methods, some transport and logistics planning, and administration related to the position. The position is located either in Kållered or Uddevalla. Travel to/from the different locations may occur. Competencies and Personal Qualities We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who is driven by working with service alongside others. Workload and tasks may vary throughout the year, which requires you to be organized, thorough, and self-motivated. You're used to handling many tasks simultaneously, making you appear both flexible and business-minded. You have the ability to always remain positive, prioritize well, and be solution-oriented both in your personality and work role. You enjoy working independently but are also a natural team player who likes working toward shared goals. Who You Are You must have completed upper secondary education. If you have experience in ballast, recycling, order processing, transport management, or similar roles in the construction and/or civil engineering industry, we consider that a merit. For this position, you must speak and write Swedish fluently, have good knowledge of English both written and spoken. You have very good IT skills and are used to working in front of a screen for a large part of the day, and you hold a class B driver's license.
