Customer Service and Finance Administration

We need to strengthen our administration team with a part-time employee at 75% for a varied position. It would be very welcome if you have previous experience working in customer service, receiving and resolving incoming cases. We would also like to see some experience with tasks in the finance area. You enjoy working both independently and together with others, and you will be joining a small, family-friendly, and pleasant company located in Norra Sköndal. Our business is in alarms and security, with a large number of housing cooperatives in Greater Stockholm as customers. We host their databases and administer their access control systems. We imagine you would thrive best when you can provide our customers with quick and efficient service, and that you have the ability to communicate in a relaxed and friendly way – this is always appreciated by both us and our customers. We also think the mix of finance tasks will suit you well, since there are times with lower incoming case volumes in customer service. You will have a colleague working in parallel within customer service, which also allows for uninterrupted time for finance tasks. In addition to experience in customer service and finance administration, it would also be welcome if you have experience with case management, order, and finance systems. Working hours are Monday – Thursday between 09:00–16:15, and Friday between 09:00–15:00. We look forward to receiving your application!
