In our customer support, you'll work in a varied and practical role that changes throughout the year depending on season and business needs. The role particularly focuses on providing service and support to our corporate and consumer customers, but you'll also support other support matters for our internal departments.
The role involves a combination of administrative and operational work. You'll handle various matters daily via email and telephone, and work with communication with stores, order placement, returns, delivery inquiries, product information, and other customer and order-related matters. The work is varied and also involves helping with practical tasks as needed, such as picking up and delivering goods, light warehouse work, and supporting operations where needed. You'll work closely with those responsible in each department and actively contribute to maintaining a high service level, increasing sales, and providing a positive customer experience across our different sales channels. This role is for you if you enjoy combining administrative tasks and service with more practical and flexible work.

Are responsible, proactive, and able to switch between different tasks
Are skilled at and enjoy handling administrative tasks
Are a quick learner with good understanding of technology and various systems
Aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done where needed
Understand Pelle P's world and target audience and preferably have an interest in fashion, clothing, and the active lifestyle that the Pelle P brand represents
Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
Have at least a category B driver's license; a manual category B driver's license is a merit
It's a merit if you:
Have previous sales experience, preferably in clothing or similar industry
Share our customers' interest in sailing, skiing, or golf.
This position is based at our head office in Billdal and is a full-time employment with a preceding trial period.
