About the position
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and emails from customers throughout Sweden. Your main tasks will include answering billing questions, helping customers with any invoice discrepancies, and ensuring that payments have been processed correctly. You will work in several different systems during the day to efficiently manage customer matters. This is initially a consulting assignment for 1 year, with the possibility of extension or takeover by our client.

We see that you have previously worked with customer contact in some form and can communicate effectively with different types of people. You also have a strong service mentality and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism. Furthermore, you possess the ability to handle conflicts and complaints with confidence and in a constructive manner. We believe in turning negative situations into positive customer experiences. Basic computer skills are required and you must be able to quickly adapt to different systems and programs. Technology is an important part of our work environment, and you will need to use various tools and programs in your work. Last but not least, you must have a good command of both Swedish and English. Being able to communicate effectively in both languages is crucial to providing our customers with high-quality service.
