Your Role In the customer support role, you'll have broad responsibility for your customers and follow their business through multiple parts of the organization. You'll be a central contact point both internally and externally, working closely with customers, production, and suppliers. Your responsibilities include order registration, planning, procurement, article registration and controls, as well as managing and tracking discrepancies. A significant and important part of the role is ongoing customer contact, where you have clear personal responsibility for your customers and are expected to create confidence by being available, solution-oriented, and having control over the bigger picture. The role also involves continuously coordinating information between different parts of the operation and ensuring the right people have the right information at the right time. Therefore, you need to be comfortable communicating across departments and be prepared to handle changes and issues that may arise along the way. Who Are We Looking For? Your Experience We'd like you to have previous experience with similar tasks in customer support, order handling, planning, procurement, or production-related administration. Experience with production or materials planning, MPS production planning systems, and structure building is particularly relevant for this role. It's an advantage if you've previously worked at a manufacturing company and understand how orders, materials, and production connect. If you've worked in the Pyramid business system, that's also a benefit. You have strong IT skills and feel confident working in different digital systems and tools.
