PHM Customer Service is seeking a customer service representative PHM Customer Service supports the group's Swedish companies by handling incoming phone calls, emails, and error reports. We are now looking for a dedicated customer service representative who wants to be part of our team in Solna. About the Position As a customer service representative, you are an important contact person for our customers. You answer incoming calls and emails, register error reports, and guide customers to the right department as needed. You will also work closely with the various companies' back offices and supervisors to ensure a high level of service. We are Looking for You Who have experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate industry or similar operations have good computer skills and find it easy to work in different systems have good knowledge of Microsoft Office communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English are service-oriented, responsible, attentive, and solution-focused thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a positive attitude.
