Customer Service Representative for Tire Season

For the upcoming tire season, we are now looking for a customer-focused service representative who wants to be the face of our company to our customers. About the Position As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact our customers meet when dropping off or picking up their vehicles. You are responsible for welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner, scheduling appointments, handling keys, and providing information about the work being performed. The role also involves keeping the customer reception area organized and supporting workshop staff with simple administrative tasks. The position starts in October and the season runs for approximately 8 weeks. Our facilities are located in Täby, Spånga, and Gärdet. Responsibilities Receive and hand over customer vehicles/keys Schedule and register customers in the system Answer questions and provide service at the customer reception Maintain order and create a welcoming environment Support colleagues in daily operations Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is social, meticulous, and enjoys working with people. You need to be able to handle stressful situations and maintain a good pace during busy periods. Experience in customer service, retail, or the automotive industry is a plus, but not required – your attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
