We're currently very busy and need to expand our fantastic team at our customer reception in Kungälv! We're looking for someone who wants a job with varied working days and lots of customer interaction. Here you'll have the opportunity to develop in a role where service, responsibility, and teamwork are at the center. About the Role As a customer service representative, you'll be one of the first people our customers meet. You'll handle customer meetings with both buyers and sellers, perform simple inspections of incoming vehicles, and take care of administrative tasks. The work takes place both indoors and outdoors – perfect if you enjoy an active and varied workday. You'll be gradually introduced to your tasks with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you become comfortable in the role. You will, among other things: - Greet customers and help them buy or sell their car. - Provide excellent service and answer questions at the customer reception. - Perform simple inspections of incoming vehicles. - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure daily operations run smoothly. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with a valid B-category driver's license for manual transmission and strong skills in both Swedish and English. You're service-oriented, social, and enjoy meeting customers. As a person, you're proactive, solution-focused, and responsible. You like taking ownership, but also thrive working with others. In your work, you're thorough and organized, and you bring a positive attitude to the team. Experience in customer service, an interest in cars, or additional language skills are considered merits.
