We are now seeking a customer service representative for our client and their team. The client is active in the rental and sale of equipment and machinery for contracting and construction industries. This includes wheel loaders, hand tools, and lifts. This role offers very flexible and dynamic work, and you will serve as a support platform for the outside sales team, which requires excellent technical knowledge of their products. The position also includes significant administrative and order processing work, so it's essential to have a strong service-oriented mindset in everything you do. Other responsibilities include receiving customers in the showroom and by phone, as well as handling complaints. Additional examples of duties: Deliver machinery to customers Create contracts Support outside sales representatives Create and follow up on purchase orders with relevant suppliers We are looking for someone with relevant post-secondary education or equivalent. We would appreciate previous experience in similar work and strong IT skills. As a person, you are driven, organized, and have good collaboration abilities. You should enjoy working at a fast pace with varied tasks, be good at finding new solutions to potential problems, and be able to build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
