Customer Service Representative - Auto Repair Shop (Not Master Mechanic)

We are now seeking a service-oriented and driven customer service representative for our auto repair shop. Your duties will include booking customers in for service and repairs, scheduling jobs for mechanics, processing customer payments, ordering spare parts, and handling warranty claims. Previous experience from a brand dealership is an advantage, as we represent 4 new car brands at our shop: Subaru, Isuzu, Suzuki, and Hyundai. We also hold Bosch Car Service authorization, which allows us to service all other vehicle brands. You should have good knowledge of vehicles and speak and write Swedish fluently. A major focus is placed on providing excellent service and achieving maximum customer satisfaction. You should be passionate about working with people and service. We see that you as a person are engaged, responsible, and organized. You should have automotive technical training and preferably previous experience in the automotive industry. Good computer skills and strong English language proficiency are desirable. You will work directly under our shop manager.
