About MeetLab
MeetLab is a fast-growing recruitment and staffing company specializing in professional meeting bookers for companies across Europe.
We work with ambitious companies in multiple industries — SaaS, HR, marketing, telecom, public procurement, finance, and more — to help them grow through qualified B2B meetings.
Due to increased demand, we are now seeking driven meeting bookers who are communicative, self-driven, and motivated by creating business opportunities.
Responsibilities
As a meeting booker at MeetLab, you play a central role in our clients' sales efforts. Your tasks include:
Making outbound calls to decision-makers at small and medium-sized enterprises
Booking qualified meetings for the sales teams you work with
Understanding client needs and matching them to our offerings
Working with modern tools: CRM, dialers, dashboards, and more
Following structured work methods and meeting clear targets
Delivering professional conversations that spark interest and build trust

You're a perfect fit for the role if you:
Have an interest in sales/meeting booking (experience is an asset but not required)
Are communicative and can build trust quickly
Are motivated by goals and clear results
Are self-driven and enjoy responsibility
Have a positive attitude even during challenging times
Speak one or more European languages, such as:
English, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Greek, Turkish, and more
