Job responsibilities: -prepare and cook lunch menus (soup and 3-4 main dishes) -participate in creating and planning the menu -prepare documentation for raw material orders and ensure they are placed -organize kitchen work and ensure efficient use of materials -collaborate with colleagues with disabilities and support them at work -comply with hygiene regulations and food safety standards -participate in maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace We require: -culinary training or experience in a similar position -independence, reliability, and responsible approach to work -ability to plan work and manage time effectively -passion for preparing quality home-style cuisine -good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team -respectful and welcoming approach toward colleagues with disabilities -health clearance for work in the food industry -experience with menu planning and resource management is an advantage We offer: -meaningful work in a social enterprise -work only on weekdays from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (no evening shifts or weekends) -space for your own ideas in menu creation -salary based on experience 33,000 Kč to 35,000 Kč Employee benefits: subsidized meals, five weeks of vacation, 5 days of paid sick leave
