They collaborate on cost assessment, ordering ingredients, receiving goods, quality testing, storage and preservation of supplies. Prepares and cooks dishes. Arranges buffets, banquets and serves food. Processes and adapts semi-finished products and maintains kitchen utensils and equipment in clean condition. Communication and flexibility skills are advantageous. Work schedule arranged on extended or reduced week basis.
