The restaurant specializes in Indian and Nepali national cuisine, characterized by special cooking techniques, the use of specialty spices and original recipes. These techniques, recipes, and the properties of spices and ingredients are known exclusively to native chefs. Similarly, the serving and presentation of Indian and Nepali national cuisine requires knowledge of this culinary tradition, taking into account Nepali dining culture and traditions, and not least, at least partial knowledge of the native chefs' language.
