Food preparation in an à la carte restaurant, at breakfasts and during MICE/banquet events; work in both hot and cold kitchens, adherence to HACCP and hygiene standards, collaboration with F&B team. We require reliability, independence and willingness to work weekends. Culinary training and experience in hotel or restaurant kitchen are an advantage, but not required.
