We are looking for a Head Chef for an established and stable restaurant who enjoys cooking honest gastronomy, leading a shift, and becoming an important part of a functioning business. Job responsibilities: preparation and serving of daily menu (Czech cuisine and modern international gastronomy), afternoon and evening à la carte service, organizing kitchen work during the shift, overseeing food quality and kitchen operations, collaborating on menu creation and new dishes, adhering to hygiene and operational standards. You won't be alone on the shift: you'll have a kitchen assistant and support staff for dishwashing, vegetable prep, and other operational support. Shifts: short/long week system, fair shift scheduling, stable working schedule within an established operation.
